I'm Keaton Hargett. I build AI automation, AI agents, and custom internal software for small businesses — the kind you own outright instead of paying for by the seat, forever. You work with the person who builds it, start to finish.

You don't own the software your business runs on.

Every month you pay for seats. Add a person, pay more. Renew, pay more again. And the tool still does eighty percent of what you actually need, because it was built for ten thousand other companies at the same time.

There is another option that almost nobody offers small businesses: have the twenty percent that matters built once, and own it. No licence. No seat count. No renewal letter.

I did exactly this for FreshKey, the wholesale real-estate company I co-own — a CRM and cold-call dialer replacing a per-seat stack, built to our own process. It is the clearest example I have of what this work is, which is why I am showing my own company's books rather than a client's.

Rented, 36 months

$0

Three seats of Salesforce Sales Cloud Enterprise at $175 per user per month, list price.

Owned, 36 months

$0

Per-seat licence, forever. FreshKey's runs on infrastructure that costs nothing at its volume. Calls are metered by usage, not by headcount.

The build is a one-time cost, quoted per project. The point is the shape of the two lines: one of them never stops. Salesforce pricing checked July 2026. Owned line shows licence cost only.

Every one of theseis somebody's business.

A lead list is mostly people you are not allowed to call.

FreshKey buys wholesale real-estate lead lists. The first production import was 1,001 records. After skip tracing, removing everyone with no reachable number, and suppressing every number on the federal Do Not Call registry, 284 were left. The system works that out automatically, before anyone dials — because the alternative is finding out from a complaint.

Seventy-two percent of a purchased list was unusable. The system finds that out before anyone picks up a phone — not after a compliance problem.

You are nothiring an agency. You are hiring me.

I went to Oklahoma State. I have spent the years since building things for people who needed them to work on Monday — sports media, then software, now AI systems for small businesses that were quietly paying four figures a month to rent tools they will never own.

There is no account manager here. No handoff to a junior. When you send a question, the person who wrote the code answers it. That is the whole product, and it is the reason the work ships as fast as it does.

If that is the kind of person you want on the other end of this, we will get along fine.

No account managers. No handoffs.

Most AI agencies put a salesperson in front of you and a subcontractor behind them. Here you talk to the person who writes the code, scopes the build, and answers the phone afterwards. That is the whole pitch.
